The Plan
Jeff Latham, Dean of Music, is the Sunshine District VP Music/Performance and director of St. Petersburg Chorus. This, the 20th Annual Panhandle Region Festival, will be devoted to sessions in barbershop craft, chorus and quartet coaching and conclude with the Panhandle Quartet and Chorus Contest & "Harvest of Harmony" show on Sat. night. contest rules
Each of the chorus directors will be asked to direct the big, combine chorus in one song on the "Harvest of Harmony" show Sat. night.
There will be quartet coaching on Friday night following the opening general session and there will be individual chorus coaching on Saturday.
We expect to have high school and college students in attendance on Sat. who will participate in craft sessions & rehearsals with the big chorus.
